     RISA Wins ASA Chapter Achievement Award

RISA Director Jim Ferry (Tradesource) was on hand at the recent ASA Staffing World in San Diego to accept the 2016 Chapter Achievement Award for Legislative Efforts.  

Bethany Gold, President said: “I’m honored to accept this prestigious award on behalf of the Rhode Island Staffing Association members who work tirelessly with local businesses and state leaders to affect positive business change for all in the general business community and the staffing industry, the most powerful jobs creator in RI.”

ASA evaluated state associations on their support of the staffing industry through chapter meetings, special events, educational seminars, government relations activities, and community outreach efforts, and honored the chapters with the most outstanding programs with merit awards. Twelve chapters were honored this year.
